A great villa near the beach
in Cala D'Or. Casa D'es Pi Verd
is in a quiet cul-de-sac close to shops
and bars, cafés and playgrounds. The pretty
beaches of Cala Ferrera and Cala
Esmeralda are just a few minutes' walk
away - with pale sand enclosed by rocky
outcrops and pine trees, and beautiful
turquoise water. The busy resort centre of
Cala D'Or and the marina are also an
easy 15-minute walk - or a quick ride on the
seafront train.
On the ground floor
there's a lounge-diner opening onto the
pool, a kitchen with a breakfast table, an
en-suite double bedroom and a wc/cloakroom.
There are two twin bedrooms on the first
floor, a family bathroom and a sun-terrace.
The bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The garden is a great relaxing and party space with a
pool surrounded by terracing, and a shady covered
terrace with a barbecue and a pool table. The property

Casa Es Pi Verd is a brilliant holiday base, an easy
walk from everything in Cala D'Or. It's also just
a few minutes' drive from Vall D'Or Golf,
villages with fantastic markets, and a string of pretty
coves with more hidden beaches.
